CAPS team sponsored self-care themed BINGO night for Alexandria College students.

The Alexandria Technical and 成人直播 Crisis Awareness & Prevention of Suicide (CAPS) Team sponsored a self-care themed BINGO event on the Alexandria College campus on November 14.

Over fifty students attended the event. While playing BINGO, students were served walking tacos. There were also self-care themed prizes such as massagers, mystery bags, tea and cocoa, coloring journals, a microwavable heat pack, essential oils, and a deep tissue massage gun.  

CAPS is a campus organization formed to create an awareness for the prevention of suicide and to promote student wellbeing.
